By using this website and placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accept them in full.
Products
All products offered are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor variations in dimensions, appearance, and finishing may occur and shall not be considered defects.
Orders
An order is considered received at the moment the buyer receives an order confirmation via email. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases, of which the buyer will be notified.
Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€). The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, orders will be charged at the prices valid at the time of purchase.
Payment
Currently, payment is available exclusively via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided to the buyer after the order is received.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia via delivery services or by personal pickup, according to the terms specified on the page Payment and delivery.
Complaints and returns
The buyer has the right to submit complaints and request returns in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed information is available on the page Complaints and returns.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Dispute resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms, and any changes take effect upon publication on the website.
