Knives

Knives from our workshop are handcrafted through forging, with a focus on functionality, durability, and a well-balanced feel in the hand. They are designed for real use—in the kitchen, workshop, or outdoors—without decorative elements that serve no purpose.

Each knife is a unique piece, with small variations that are part of the handmade process and proof that it is not mass-produced. We forge our knives from stainless steel grade 1.4770, with a hardness of 60–62 HRC. Handles are handcrafted from walnut wood and attached using rivets we make ourselves. The final finishing results in a product made 100% by hand, ready for real use.
