Cleavers
Cleavers (classic, professional, butcher machetes, Dalmatian cleavers, and hunting axes) are forged from carbon steel grade 5160, known for its excellent mechanical properties for blade making. It has a high carbon content and strong toughness, ensuring long-lasting performance in use.
All models are made from the same material and to the same quality standard—the differences lie in design and shape. After use, they require minimal care: they should be dried and protected with food-safe oil or fat, and stored in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
